VisualSonics Preclinical Research: VisualSonics provides modalities specifically designed for preclinical research. These cutting edge technologies allow researchers at the world’s most prestigious pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, hospitals, and universities, to conduct research in cardiovascular, cancer, neurobiology and developmental biology areas. These technologies support applications that include genetic research, phenotypic studies and drug development. Products include: High Frequency Ultrasound, Photoacoustics, Gene Drug Delivery, Fiber-Optic Fluorescence Microscopy, Contrast Imaging, Imaging Stations, and Anesthesia Systems.

VisualSonics Clinical Applications: Combining traditional ultrasound with high-resolution imaging, VisualSonics offers high-resolution micro imaging systems that can enable healthcare practitioners to image subcutaneous objects in humans down to 30 micrometers in scale.

VisualSonics Customer Website: This is a secure site for customers and users of the Vevo micro-imaging system. There are extensive support materials for the Vevo system, the Integrated Rail System and Anesthesia, the various Vevo Software applications, and for the MicroMarker™ contrast agent kits. Resources include reference documents, manuals, online video tutorials (“Vignettes”) and an Online Customer “Forum”.

VevoCQ Software: This software allows for the study of contrast uptake kinetics as well as late phase targeted enhancement. It provides advanced curve fitting algorithms for quantitative assessment of perfusion parameters as well as color-coded parametric images useful for qualitative assessment of the spatial distribution of the same parameters. The software is a post-processing tool which can be used on numerous tissues, organs, and tumor models, including subcutaneous tumors, abdominal organs and hind limb muscles.
